Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Criminal facts

1. A person who intends to divert a mountainous district in violation of the Management of Mountainous Districts Act shall obtain permission from the competent authority by specifying its use;

However, from December 20, 2014 to January 10, 2015, the Defendant converted the said mountainous district to cut and embling it using equipment, such as digging machines, etc. for the purpose of cutting and cutting the ground, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency, on a total of 950 square meters in the area of 200 square meters in North-gun, North-gun, North-gun, North Korea, and C Forest, 244 square meters in size, D forest, 82 square meters in size in size, E forest, and 424 square meters in total.

2. Any person who intends to engage in development activities, such as changing the form and quality of land in violation of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, shall obtain permission from the competent authority;

However, from around December 2014 to January 2015, the Defendant changed the form and quality of each of the above land by cutting and banking the area of at least 50 cm using equipment, such as digging machines, etc., on the aggregate of 138 square meters, 452 square meters in the former North-gun, North Korea, and 1,290 square meters in total, G, 452 square meters in total, and H, 203 square meters in total, and 497 square meters in advance.
