Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no certain occupation and has been in a relationship with C, who is in office as a teacher at a kindergarten B.

1. From May 28, 2015 to around 08:20 to 10:30 on May 28, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) threatened the victim E (n, 33 years of age), F, G, H, I, etc. who received a telephone continuously for about 20 minutes through a “B kindergarten” school room located in Suwon-si, thereby changing the above C; (b) on the ground that the said E does not change one; (c) the said E does not change, the Defendant: (d) threatened other teachers, such as taking a desire to take care of how you want to walk; and (d) interfere with the counseling and administrative work of parents of the said teachers, and learning work; and (d) by force for about 110 minutes, the Defendant interfered with the foregoing teachers’ counseling and administrative work.

2. On May 28, 2015, around 11:00, the Defendant entering a structure: (a) go through the regular door of the above “B kindergarten”; and (b) went into a kindergarten, and intrudes into a structure managed by the victim I (n) on the ground that the said C does not take the Defendant, on the ground that the said C does not take the Defendant.
