A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2018, the Defendant, Chinese nationality foreigners, and the Defendant received a proposal from Bosing Organization C, which is the organization of the Bosing Organization, to “Ising to deliver money to Korea” and entered Korea as a short-term visit on January 19, 2019. On the following day, the Defendant was using the said Bosing Organization D’s cash withdrawal book for committing the crime at the place instructed by C, and explained the method of the crime, and was committed with intent to participate in the crime by withdrawing Bosing damage money from Bosing in accordance with the direction of the said Bosing Organization’s total liability and depositing it into the account designated by the passbook.

On January 23, 2019, 200 won, 2,030,000 won from H’s corporate bank account (I) to 2,00,000 won, 2,00 won from J’s corporate bank account from 0:6,00 won to 23:48 of the same day, and 30,00 won from H’s corporate bank account from H’s name to 2,00 won, 981,00 won from J’s corporate bank account (K) to 3,00,00 won from L’s corporate bank account from L’s name to 2,00,00 won from L’s corporate bank account from 2,00 won to 3,00 won from L’s corporate bank account from 2,00,000 won to 1,000 won, and the Defendant received an order from 3,000,000 won to 1,000 won in total from H bank’s account from 2, 29,01.
