1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from October 10, 2016 to November 16, 2016 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On March 30, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, the insured on March 30, 2015, and the Plaintiff’s net B (hereinafter “the deceased”).
(3) The insurance contract of this case as shown in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant insurance contract”).
(2) At the time of the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff entered the contract in the occupational column of the obligation to notify prior to the contract as the work site and the work handling the Deceased’s workplace.
B. Payment of insurance money in Sub-Section 2 to the content of the instant insurance contract
8. (Payment Procedure for Insurance Money) (1) Upon receipt of the documents set forth in the 7. (Claim for Insurance Money), the Company shall pay the insurance money within three business days from the date of receipt of the documents;

(Duty to Notify before the contract) The contractor or the insured, when making an offer, shall inform the contractor of the fact that he is aware of the information asked in the subscription form (hereinafter referred to as "the obligation to inform before the contract, and the same as "the obligation to notify" under the Commercial Act).
(Omission) 16. (Effect of Violation of Obligation to Notify) ① The Company may terminate this contract, regardless of whether or not damage has occurred, in the following cases:

(Duty to Notify before the contract) intentionally or by gross negligence and the obligation constitutes an important matter, the instant insurance contract provides that in the event of injury or death, insurance money shall be paid in KRW 100 million. The general terms and conditions applicable to the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “instant general terms and conditions”) are stipulated as follows:
C. (1) On April 15, 2016, the Deceased was injured while driving a horse on the side of the road in order to avoid a dump truck at the time C, a husband, was on board at around 08:30 on the 15th day of April, 2016.
