Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2013, the Defendant, after the Samsung Logistics Center located in the Seogu Seo-gu Thodong on the 14:55th day of August 18, 2013, driven a low-priced car volume at about 6km section from the park to the front day of the border in the same Gu, from around 0.107% of blood alcohol content.
