1. The Defendant, around 14:00 on September 14, 201, has a dispute as to H and implied membership fee at the second floor of the G Welfare Center in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

At around 14:00 on June 1, 2012, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Defendant’s assault case No. 401 of the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court 626), which was located in Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul, as a witness of the above court, and took an oath as a witness after being notified of the right to refuse to testify.
