1. As regards Defendant Southern Construction Company, Defendant Southern River Construction Company:

A. As to the Plaintiff A’s share of 5175/4140 of the area of 414 square meters in G in Kimhae-si.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 13, 1986, Defendant Nam River Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Nam River Construction”) ordered H and I to build two multi-household houses (hereinafter “multi-household houses”) on each land listed in the attached Table No. 1 to attached Table No. 1 to 1, 1986. On each land listed in the attached Table No. 1 to 4, H and I newly built the instant multi-household houses (hereinafter “instant building”). On each land listed in the attached Table No. 1 to 4, H and I built the instant multi-household houses (hereinafter “instant land”). On November 20, 1987, the said new construction was completed.

B. Defendant Southern Construction entered into a sales contract with some buyers prior to the completion of the construction of the said new building on October 30, 1987 and November 20, 1987. On December 1, 1987, the transfer to operation of the instant multi-household house was made on January 6, 1988, and later, the transfer to two multi-household houses by buyers was made on September 12, 1988. The instant building was registered as an aggregate building on September 12, 1988.

Plaintiff A ( June 30, 06) 2102 square meters and 41.19 square meters in size of the first owner’s building number of the section for exclusive use, and Plaintiff B ( April 3, 91) 3103 square meters in 41.19 square meters in 41.19 square meters in 41.201 square meters in 41.202 6202 square meters in 41.19 square meters in 41.19 square meters in 41.202, Plaintiff C ( May 2, 89. 2), 7203 square meters in size, Plaintiff D ( February 28, 91. 8206 square meters in 41.19 square meters in total, and 35.25 square meters in 29.202 square meters in 203 square meters in 41.203 square meters in 41.19 square meters in 201.

C. All sections for exclusive use of the instant building are eight households, and each area of that section for exclusive use is the same as 41.19 square meters.

The status of transfer of ownership of each section of exclusive ownership of the instant building is as follows:

(F) The part related to the plaintiffs of this case shall be cut, cut, cut, cut, and the ownership date of the road.

On the other hand, Defendant Southern Construction shall register the ownership of the instant land in the name of Defendant Southern Construction around May 10, 1987.
