Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:50 on September 26, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s shoulder part by her hand on the ground that the victim E reported the fighting of Dong residents to the police.
