Defendant

A is a person who has served in the department of Fmanwon VD Business Group SMT, the victim in Young-gu, Suwon-si, from February 17, 1986 to October 23, 201, and takes out materials necessary for the production of G products using the external management system used by the victim company from July 2009 to December 201, 209, in accordance with the plan, and has been engaged in material management, such as managing the inventory of the said materials and receiving completed products.

1. The Defendants: (a) used the aforementioned authority to revise the data details and the quantity of the materials required in the process of carrying out the materials necessary for the production of G products; (b) used the authority to arbitrarily remove and sell the materials owned by the victim company; and (c) Defendant B, who used in G, entered the computer as if the materials were needed, made a shipment certificate; and (d) Defendant B offered to dispose of the materials to Defendant B.

Defendant

A, around November 16, 2010, while keeping the materials owned by the victim company on behalf of the victim company at the above victim company office, entered the IC-DD2 SDRM 3,563 items that are not necessary for the actual production of the products by G in the external management system as if they were needed, separately printed out a certificate of release of the above parts, issued the above parts to H corporation which is a material warehouse, and transferred them to the defendant B, and the defendant B received them and sold them to I around that time.

From that time to June 8, 2012, Defendants conspired and embezzled 707,910,390 won of the market price of the victim company as shown in attached Table 1 for 16 days in total.
