A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Gohap 356]

1. The Defendant is residing in Pyeongtaek-si D, 304, which is owned by C, and 11 tenants reside in the above D building.

On June 9, 2018, around 04:10 around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) thought that the Defendant scams in the Dongdong and the Defendant’s dwelling place that the Defendant scams in the above heading room; (b) thought that the Defendant scams in the above heading room; and (c) put the fire into the floor by attaching the scam with a dog in possession of the scams, paper, and clothes on the floor, and then moved the fire to the kitchen and the toilet for the Defendant’s dwelling.

As a result, the defendant set fire to the above D B building which the 11th household of the tenant moved into and used as a residence.

2. A thief, on June 9, 2018, at F convenience stores located in Pyeongtaek-si E around 04:23, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the fact that the market price, delivered to the victim G, was unsatisfying boxes, carra, and art materials, and stolen them.

1. The Defendant, on June 9, 2018, posted a key inside the vehicle without being equipped with locking devices in front of the I Office located in Pyeongtaek-si H around 07:30 on June 9, 2018.

J Driving the KYF rocketing vehicles owned by the Victim Co., Ltd. and operated by the CJ, was stolen.

2. 피고인은 같은 날 15:00 경 평택시 L에 있는 M 모텔 301호 내에서 피해자 N 소유의 상의 한 벌, 청록색 속옷 1 장, 손수건 1 장, 팔 토시 1개, 썬 캡 1개, 양 발 1켤레, 약봉지, 주민등록증, 건설업 기초안전 보건교육 이수증, 농협카드 1 장, 선글라스, 가위, 손톱깎기, 드라이버, 자 등 공구, USB, 흰색 충전기 1개, 커피 믹스 2개, 숟가락 2개, 빗 1개, 책 1권, 물 티슈 1개, 국민은행 카드 1 장이 들어 있던 시가 미상의 녹색 가방 및 피해자 O 소유의 속옷 1 장, 양말 5켤레, 파란색 티셔츠 1 장, 회색 수건 1 장, 뿔테 안경 1개, 볼펜 1개가 들어 있던 시가 미상의 베이지색 가방을 가지고 가 절취하였다.
