The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 95,00,000 as well as 12% per annum from July 17, 2020 to the date of full payment.

Judgment made by deeming confessions: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendants only submitted a formal written objection with the original written objection, and did not submit a specific written answer, and they did not appear on the date of pleading.
