1. All appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by each person.

The reasoning of this Court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) adding 13 evidence following the second letter No. 12 of the judgment of the court of first instance to the second letter No. 4 of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) converting the second letter No. 1 and No. 2 of the second letter “no evidence exists to acknowledge this; and (c) changing the statement No. 1 and No. 2 of the second letter to the “no evidence to acknowledge this exists; and (d) there is no other evidence to acknowledge this.”

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
