Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C: (a) at the construction business office of F operation without a neighboring trade name in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) the victim C was planned to construct a factory on the land located in the C of Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; and (c) the funds are needed.

A false statement was made to the effect that the loan contract for construction work and the commencement of construction work will pay the borrowed money immediately.

However, the above G was not engaged in business activities for more than one year since its establishment, and there was no specific plan or financial resources for the construction of a factory, and thus the permission for the use of the land was withdrawn from the owner of the above land because it did not receive any permission for the commencement of construction, and even if it was borrowed money from the damaged person due to no special property or income, it did not have any intent or ability to repay it at once.

Nevertheless, the defendant shall be 400,000 won on the same day as the borrowed money from the injured party, and the same year.

5.2. Around 50,000 won, around 19,000 won in around the same month, around 150,000 won in total, around 17,000 won in the name of G, and acquired by transfer to the agricultural bank account in the name of G.

2. On June 12, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim I, planned to construct a factory in the land located in the H of the Chungcheongnam-dong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

A false statement was made to the effect that the loan contract for construction work and the commencement of construction work will pay the borrowed money immediately.

However, the above G was not engaged in business activities for more than one year since its establishment, and there was no purchase and sales, and there was no specific plan or financial resources for the construction of a factory, so the permission for the use of the land was withdrawn from the owner of the above land.
