Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2015, at around 04:50, the Defendant: (a) expressed the desire of the victim D’s singing room No. 102 in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, about 102, the Defendant: (b) provided entertainment receptioners with frequent drinking for 1 hour; (c) provided the service fee; and (d) provided the victim’s refusal to return the service fee; (b) provided, “the police officer sent out to the above singing room, who was able to return 30,000 won or less before her return the service fee; and (c) provided that “the police officer sent out, however, was able to return her home, but said her home in the above singing room, who tried to avoid disturbance over about 30 minutes to put other customers to scam, and was unable to get other customers to scam, thereby obstructing the victim’s business by force.
