On August 10, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.078% on blood alcohol level, driven a bruju 250c son in the section of about 500 meters from the front side of the restaurant to the front side of the Dopho-dong in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seo-gu.
