1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 25, 2005, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer (No. 9321, Nov. 25, 2005; No. 14169, Nov. 25, 2005; No. 14169, Nov. 25, 2005; No. 9321, Nov. 25, 2005; No. 14169, Nov. 25, 2005; the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Z to cancel the above transfer of ownership registration, which is an invalid cause, and received a favorable judgment.
