Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle B with low-speed without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the sewage apartment in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from the front of the apartment house to the front of the 339 km-ro, Guro-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On March 9, 2017, around 3:35, the Defendant: (a) operated and controlled a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance, as described in paragraph (2) prior to the Chang-ro, 339, Kuri-si, Mari-si, Mari-si; (b) entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of E in the column for the personal information of the location of “motor vehicle operation report” and issued the said report to the police officer, who is the police officer of the Guri-ri Police Station C District, after entering the name, resident registration number, etc. of E in the column for the personal information of the location of the “motor vehicle operation report”, which is the statement “E, March 9, 2017” as of the date of the preparation, and signed the said E’s name, and forged the said E’s written statement, namely, he/she was aware of the forgery to the said police officer as if he/she was E.
