Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is a person who is operating C Body-man vehicles:
A. On July 6, 2014, at around 20:59, in order to avoid the control of the Ucar on the road front of the Ucar on the front side of the Jungung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, the number plate was operated after making it difficult to distinguish the number plate by using the “Cheong tape” in the number of “D” and “the fourth” in E, in order to avoid the control of the Ucar on the front side of the Jung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun.
