A and B shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and each of the defendants C shall be punished by a fine of five hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the head of the management office of the I Co., Ltd., Defendant B is the head of the audit office of the I Co., Ltd., and Defendant C is the merchant who operates fishery products wholesale and retail businesses in the old J market.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B, who promoted the relocation of the J market, started the wholesale and retail business of fishery products from around March 16, 2016 to the applicant company, but some of the merchants opposed to the applicant company's occupancy on the grounds that there are structural problems in the applicant company and there are many problems in the occupancy conditions, such as high rent, etc., the Defendants were willing to prevent customers from entering the former J market by blocking most of the entrances of the J market from the previous ones, and interfere with the business of the merchants of the former J market.

B On July 28, 2016, at around 23:00, K parked L4.5 tons truck in front of the entrance of the former JJ market, and ordered Q to park N4.5 tons truck at the entrance of the auction site, and ordered Q to park P5 tons truck at the front of the former J market B, and ordered Q to park 5 tons truck at the front of the former J market B, and parked 4.5 tons truck at the front of the former J market, from around the same day to around 17:45 of the same day.

As a result, the defendants conspired with others to have been working in the old J market and interfered with the abuse of fishery products and retail business by force.

2. As described in paragraph (1) above, Defendant C 1: (a) was able to prevent the entrance of the parking lot of the building site of IB in a similar way in order to prevent most of the entrances of the Gu J market; (b) was parked at the entrance of the parking lot of IB from around 03:00 on July 29, 2016 to 16:50 on the same day; and (c) was parked at the entrance of the parking lot of IB in the building parking lot of IB.
