Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business shall have facilities for singing practice room business prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism registered with the competent authority

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register with the competent authority, from the end of July 2012 to November 22:40, 2013, the Defendant run a singing practice room business by having 20,000 won or more per one hour for many unspecified customers and entering the said guest room with a trade name of approximately 66 square meters in size from the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a “D” on the part of six guest rooms.
