Punishment of the crime

The part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not infringe the defendant's right of defense.

Victim G and H are the honorary chairperson of F, and Victim I is the representative director of F.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) was in charge of the stock-related business as above, and was in charge of the securities account by obtaining the card, seal, and password from the above victims and managed the securities account of the victims.

The defendant had tried to deliver shares at will from the security account of the victims to use them for the repayment of personal debts, etc.

On January 18, 2005, the Defendant released F’s 60,00 shares (2,145 won per share) from the securities account of the victim G using the securities card, etc. held as above, and deposited F’s 60,00 shares (2,145 won per share) into the Defendant’s securities account in the attached method, and released F’s 1,026,80 shares (3,66,834,010 won per market price) from the victim H’s securities account to October 26, 201 in the attached method, as described in the list of crimes, and released F’s 1,026,80 shares (20,000 won per share) from the victim H’s securities account to March 29, 201, 200, 300,000 shares (30,000 won per share price per share) to 30,000 won per share (29,000,0000 won per share).

2. The act of forging a private document or uttering of a falsified investigation document on April 17, 2017;

On April 17, 2017, the Defendant of a private document forgery is F in the form of a written application for shipment in kind of stocks, in that it is at the center of the Financial Center of Anta Securities Co., Ltd.
