All appeals by the plaintiffs and the defendant are dismissed.
Expenses for appeal shall be borne individually by each person.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a corporation operating taxi passenger transport business, etc., and the Plaintiffs were the members of the Plaintiff’s employees who belonged to the Defendant from July 2010 to June 201, who were affiliated with the headquarters of the G Trade Union H (hereinafter “instant branch”).
B. The Defendant delegated the right to negotiate and conclude collective agreements to the J Council (hereinafter “Council”). On October 14, 2008, the instant branch and the instant council concluded a wage agreement with the following terms (hereinafter “the wage agreement of 2008”).
Article 4 (Work Hours) Labor hours may be extended by up to 12 hours a week by an agreement between the union and the company on the basis of 7 minutes a day and 20 minutes a week, 44 hours a week, excluding the recess hours.
Article 5 (Number of Working Days) The number of working days of driving technicians shall be 26 days (25 days for one remodeling), 25 days for the month of 30 days, and 24 days for the month of 29 days for the month of 29 days (23 days for the relevant Article) the minimum daily transportation revenue amount of 148,000 won in total for the 148,000 won for the 20th class for the 20th class and the 3,848,000 won for the month of 3,848,000 won for the monthly fixed amount.
Provided, That the operating income amount in the morning and the p.m. shall be determined through consultation between the company and unit labor union.
The first time of the war shall be KRW 2,470,000 on the monthly fixed amount of KRW 95,00.
8 The wage system of drivers under Article 8 (Labor System) shall be divided into regular salary (basic salary, salary, achievements, incentives, overtime work allowances) and special salary and charges (retirement money and other welfare benefits).
§ 18. Terms and conditions of such payments and restrictions
1. The annual bonus shall be paid 400% of the basic salary to the continuous service personnel for not less than one year, and 200% of the annual bonus shall be paid in installments each month, and 200% shall be paid without any condition that 10% of the annual salary shall be paid to tin and tin, respectively.
Article 20 (Effective Period) This Agreement shall be effective from October 20, 2008 to October 19, 2009.
