A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the said punishment on March 20, 2013.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On July 31, 2013, around 19:58, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance door at the Diplomatic Conference located incheon-si C; and (b) opened into the broadcasting room on the one floor of the towing room; and (c) cut off one bag containing a sum of KRW 420,000 in cash at the home room owned by the victim E, and one bag containing a receipt, containing a total of KRW 2,000,000.

B. The Defendant, at around 22:00 on September 24, 2013, opened the entrance door of the first floor and intruded into the entrance and found a stolen object from the first floor to the third floor of the above church building, which led to the wind of the victim H.
