Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2014, at around 13:24, the Defendant: (a) laid off a galthopt 2 and credit card (NM3) in front of the elevator of the five-story department stores, the market price of which is equivalent to one million won in the galthopt 10 million won in front of the elevator of the five-story department stores, and (b) laid off the elevator on the galthm thalthm 3, the Defendant used the difference without any way in the vicinity of the getting out of the elevator; and (c) cut off the elevator.
