Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2016, between 22:20 to 22:30 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the bus stops in front of the Daejeon-dong Hospital C Hospital B, was seated above the victim D (32 years of age, women) and carried down a self-defluence by using approximately 10 minutes of her sexual organ from the stroke, and then strokeed down the following.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
