1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The Plaintiffs asserted that they are their successors with respect to the 1/3 share of the instant land as indicated in the grounds for the claim, and sought against the Defendants the implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration based on the restoration of real name, but submitted the written withdrawal of the lawsuit on July 30, 2018, that they were not their true successors.

(A) As to the withdrawal of a lawsuit, the Defendants agreed to the withdrawal. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
