Punishment of the crime

Around 05:45 on April 18, 2016, the Defendant posted a false letter stating that “I sell KRW 1,60,000 won for New World Gift No. 1,000 won for KRW 1,60,000,000,000 for KRW 1,000,000,000 for KRW 1,00.”

However, the defendant did not have the above merchandise coupon and did not have an intention or ability to send merchandise coupons even if he received money.

As above, the Defendant’s “J” written indictment in the victim G is obvious that it is a clerical error. It is obvious that the Defendant’s deception is a clerical error that “1.60,000 won” in the written indictment from the victim to the Busan Bank Account (H) in the name of B.

B.
