A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 00:10 on August 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while drinking the Defendant’s body with E and alcohol on the street in front of the main point of “D” located in the East Sea; (b) while drinking the Defendant’s body, the Victim F (43 tax) who was drinking the Defendant’s fighting on the side table, got the Defendant’s fighting in excess of the Defendant’s fighting with the horse’s hand, thereby causing the Defendant to inflict an injury on the Defendant, such as an ambiguous boom at the bottom of the frame requiring six weeks medical treatment.
