1. Basic facts

가. 피고 B는 2000. 12. 21. 주식회사 센츄럴이십일비젼을 상대로 제주지방법원 2000카합695 부동산가압류 신청사건에서 별지1 목록 기재 각 부동산에 대하여 ‘92,050,000원 및 이에 대한 2000. 9. 3.부터 완제일까지 연 36%의 비율에 의한 금원’을 청구금액으로 하는 가압류결정(이하 ‘이 사건 가압류결정’이라고 한다)을 받고, 그 무렵 위 각 부동산에 가압류기입등기를 마쳤다.

나. 피고 B는 위 법원 2000카합695 부동산가압류 신청사건에 관하여 주식회사 황주랜드 주식회사 센츄럴이십일비젼의 상호가 2001. 1. 17. 주식회사 황주랜드로 변경되었다.

Of the above auction procedure, the amount of KRW 1,358,074,648, which is to be actually distributed on the date of distribution held on May 1, 2015, is below the distribution schedule under which the following table is distributed.
