A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:30 on June 5, 2014, committed indecent act by compulsion, by force, the Defendant committed indecent act by force by force by force on his/her hand, causing the victim E (or 46 years of age) by reporting the victim E at the D cafeteria located in the ideology and thought C.

2. 공무집행방해, 상해 피고인은 위와 같은 날 23:40경 같은 장소에서 위와 같은 이유로 112신고를 받고 출동한 사상경찰서 F지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 G(37세)으로부터 제지를 당하자 격분하여 피해자에게 ‘짭새 새끼’라고 욕설을 하면서 피해자의 팔을 잡아 흔들고 피해자를 밀어 넘어뜨리는 등 하여 경찰관의 112신고에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해함과 동시에 피해자에게 치료일수를 알 수 없는 좌측하완부찰과상 등을 가하였다.
