A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1221" is an employer who, without any specific trade name, employs five workers to run construction business at the site of new construction works for electric power supply houses located in K of the Chungcheongnam-gun.

The Defendant shall work in the same workplace from April 1, 2014 to May 4, 2014.

In addition to the failure to pay a total of KRW 3,250,000 for retired L's wages, the total of KRW 37,610,000 for five workers was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on extension of the due date, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (1).

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1620" is a full-time employee who runs a construction business at the site of a newly-built multi-household house located in Chungcheong-gun M, Chungcheongnam-gun.

The Defendant is working in the above field from February 25, 2014 to May 6, 2014.

The total amount of N's wages of KRW 8,700,000 as well as the total amount of wages of KRW 25,260,000 shall be 14 days from the date of retirement, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (2).
