A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2013, from around 04:40 to around 05:00 the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance, such as making telephone conversations from the restaurant in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and taking a bath in large interest, and by demanding the victim E, who is an employee, to make a prompt demand, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by: (a) the Defendant: (b) expressed the above victim’s desire to “Ickn, Ick, Ick, I would like to see, I would like to do so; (c) I would like to see, “Ickn, I would like to do so; and (d) I would not enter the said restaurant as I would like to see the victim, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. On January 31, 2013, at around 05:05, at the same place as paragraph (1) and at the same time, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the said G while under the influence of alcohol, who was required by G, a police officer of the Suwon-nam Police Station, to refrain from a disturbance, who was called out after having received a report to avoid a disturbance at the restaurant; and (b) taken the said G’s chest at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers.

On March 14, 2013, the Defendant obstructed K’s restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes, such as making the said J and the victim K take a large voice, and leaving the scam in a place, at the main point of “I” located in Suwon-si H on March 14, 2013.
