Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2017, around 09:45, the Defendant, at the front parking lot of 655,000 sub-ro 4,00,000 sub-ro 65,00 in Seocheon-si 403, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim, such as fluoring the victim’s neck by fluor’s hand, while driving the Cpoter’s vehicle operated by the victim B in a zone subject to the prohibition of alcoholic vehicles; and (b) caused injury to the victim by assaulting the victim, such as fluoring the victim’s neck by fluor, causing 14 days of treatment.
