A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the entrance of the first floor education hall of the above church on February 28, 2016, with a view to self-defense to “F” managed by the E located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) entered the first floor education hall of the above church; (c) went into the rest of the victim G (the 12 years old), H (the 10 years old), and I (the 10 years old), located in the above elevator before the second floor elevator of the education hall; and (d) laid out the sexual flag above to view it as seen earlier.

The act of self-defense was committed.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a building managed by others, and made a patently obscene act.

2. On March 15, 2016, the Defendant intrudes into the entrance door opened with the third floor of the main hall of the above church on March 15, 2016 for the purpose of self-defense in the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 14:16 around March 15, 2016, and enters the said church's second floor in the education hall for women of the second floor of the education hall for the said church, and sprinks out from the training hall for the second floor of the education hall for the purpose of self-defense;

The act of self-defense was done by cutting a sexual flag with a lush hand and cutting the left hand into the inside and outside of the port.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a building managed by others, and made a patently obscene act.

3. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obscenity and intrusion upon a person’s obscenity performance on March 10, 2018; and (b) the Defendant, at around March 10, 2018, went back on the back of his/her sexual organ when he/she was going to drive away from the victim J (one’s name, half, and twenty-four years of age) on March 10, 2018.

The defendant, who had observed the act of self-defense by carrying a sexual flag and carrying the left hand into the inside of the ship, was forced to use the password of the entrance door of K, which is the residence of the defendant, to take the secret number of the entrance door of K, and to take the escape into the entrance, and invaded the above K's stairs through the entrance of the knife by driving away the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another person's residence, and made a patently obscene act.
