A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The number 4,5 of the seized list shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc.
