On June 2017, the defendant announced a public announcement for concluding a contract with multiple suppliers with the following contents as to B.

1. (1) A contract for the selection of a contracting party to a contract with multiple suppliers: A contract period under Article 7-2 (Multiple Suppliers Contract) of the Enforcement Decree of the Government Procurement Act: The contract period shall be three years from the date of the contract for the contract concluded in accordance with the public notice of the bid for the purchase. The contract period shall be three years from the contract date.

However, if the remaining period from the date of the contract to the date of the completion of the public notice of the purchase tender ( August 30, 2026) is less than three years, the contract shall be terminated until the end of the public notice of the purchase tender.

The interim inspection period: Contracts concluded pursuant to the Public Notice of Purchase Tender shall be subject to the interim inspection by the Public Procurement Service within 30 days (from August 31 to September 29 each year) from the date on which each one year elapses from the date of public notice of Purchase Tender.

2. The leader of the matters concerning the request for participation in purchase: He shall meet all of the following requirements:

(1) A manufacturer who has registered eight jobs (E) of the commodity list number as a product in accordance with the Regulations on Registration of Qualifications for Participation in the National Integrated Electronic Procurement System (Public Notice of the Government Procurement Service).
