1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and 20% per annum from June 20, 2015 to the date of full payment.

On September 7, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to Defendant A with the joint and several guarantee of Defendant B and C, and the fact that Defendant A agreed to pay the said money to the Plaintiff in installments for ten months does not dispute between the parties, or is recognized in accordance with the evidence No. 1, and thus, the Defendants jointly and severally are liable to pay to the Plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 30 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the last day following the service of the original original copy of the instant payment order sought by the Plaintiff, from June 20, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
