Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2016, the Defendant distributed approximately 50 copies of the commercial sex acts advertising 50 copies on the street in front of the convenience store located in the Gu B during the period from around 23:30 to around 23:48, in order to make it possible for the Defendant to see that 50 copies of the commercial sex acts advertising aiming at “Arstrest math, 1:2 Es. / Lone Star, D,” written as “D,” in front of the convenience store located in the Gu B during Ansan-si period.

On November 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) distributed approximately 30 copies of the advertising leaflet of a commercial entertainment business establishment, including “Syone Star social events, female-sylle, and D,” on the street-based site in front of the building of the Gu E-building, on November 22, 2016, in a manner of dusting on the road, and advertised about 30 copies of the advertising leaflet of a commercial entertainment business establishment.
