1. The Defendant’s KRW 75,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from April 30, 2019 to July 11, 2019, and July 12, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. The amendment of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “the statutory interest rate prescribed by the Presidential Decree”) to the partial flag of the term “the provision on statutory interest rate” has 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings. Thus, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from July 12, 2019
