Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2015, around 05:30, the Defendant driven a B-Adi vehicle with approximately KRW 100m distance from the front road of 539-10, Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front road of 539-17, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.095% in alcohol.
