A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3.4 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for embezzlement, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on April 30, 2014, and on January 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended execution for embezzlement, etc. at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on January 23, 2015, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.15 grams from the above D, which is a local mental medicine, from the above D, and received approximately 0.15 grams from the Mesophical medicine, within the D’s K7 boarding car parked in the front door of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment house C apartment.

2. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) delivered 2 a disposable injection equipment containing approximately 0.05g of philopon to F in the Moel room located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, without the knowledge of the trade name; and (b) received and delivered philopon.

3. The Defendant 1 administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones in a single-use injection machine at the same time and place as above 2, and 3.05g of philophones in a way of injecting them into the following beer.

4. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant received a request from F to “G for 10 grams of opphones” from F, and accepted it, and received 2.2 million won from F as the purchase price for opphones in front of the apartment apartment C, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 16:30 on the same day. At around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant received a delivery of KRW 10,200,000 from F on the street in front of the exit in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City. At around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant paid KRW 2.2 million to D and received approximately 10 gram of opphones.

After that day, the Defendant issued approximately 10 grams of 10 grams to the above G at the microde room in Daejeon-dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-si, and received approximately 2.5 grams of opphones from the above G in return for the referral of the trade of opphones from the above G at the same place.

Accordingly, the defendant mediates the trade of philophones, and philophones are written.
