Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2018, at around 12:15, the Defendant set a fire in a dry field owned by the Defendant located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, in order to incinerate miscellaneous grass.
