A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

2. The Defendant, as above, heard the victim’s demand for the liquidation of the relationship with the “sphonephone” from the victim and met the victim.
