When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2014, at around 18:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters of alcohol B in front of the flag apartment located in the Hasan-dong from the front side of the flag apartment located in the Hasan-si to the front side of the park cemetery located in the Hasan-dong, Hasan-dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.21% of blood alcohol level.
