A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:20 on July 27, 2016, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at the parking lot of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Daejeon apartment 307, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, he collected kitchen knife (30cm in total length, 18cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the state of being off clothes, and the Defendant threatened the victim by stating that the female infinites in the name-finites are "eassing, all strings, deads," thereby threatening the victim by stating that the female infinites are "eassing, all strings, deads," and by openly exposing the corridor, elevator, parking lot, and its surroundings where many unspecified people pass through, and then moving the above apartment 5th floor to emergency stairs, and damaged the victim's left hand by destroying one window hallway in the market price, which is the common possession of the residents of the victim Dju apartment without any reason.

2. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) arrested and escorted flagrant offenders on account of the crimes described in paragraph (1) at the F District of Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon Police Station; and (b) interfered with legitimate performance of duties by a police officer concerning the arrest and carrying-over of a flagrant offender, by assaulting police officers, such as a police officer, who was seated in front of the Defendant, she was arrested and escorted by committing the crimes described in paragraph (1) at the F District of Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, and Daejeon Police Station; and (c) she was seated by a police officer, as he was at the time when G during which he belongs to the said District; and (d) she she she was seated in the front of the Defendant.
