Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as an employee of “B” company, dispatched from April 2019 to February 3, 2020, to C (State) Infrastructure Management Team to take charge of the PC maintenance and repair work.

At around 01:41 on January 27, 2020, the Defendant opened and intruded with a entrance card held in the 23th floor office of the Seoul Jung-gu Office, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant collected KRW 1,350,000 in cash owned by the victim E, which was in custody of the victim E, and stolen them, from that time until March 10, 2020, and then stolen the victims’ property by intrusion into the office of the said building at night on a total of 21 occasions, such as the list of crimes, as shown in the list of crimes.
