A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for 16 years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in de facto marital relationship with a victim because he/she did not report marriage even though he/she got married with the victim D (V, 31 years of age) on March 18, 2017.

After marriage, the defendant often disputed with the victim's economic problem in the state of being unemployed without a certain income. In recent years, the victim's response dog was rashed and the police abused the victim's verbal dispute with the victim and dispatched to the house after receiving 112 reports, and so the de facto marital relationship with the victim has deteriorated.

At around 03:00 on May 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 03:0, 103 Dong-gu, Incheon, the residence of the Defendant and the victim, and at around 103:401, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to stop in front of the room, 3 marith of the Plaintiff’s kis, and pushed the victim’s kis, “Is the son, do not desire to do so,” and the victim followed “Is the son, Is the knife, Is the knife (the knife 20cm, No. 1), and died due to damage to the left-hand side of the victim, the left-hand side of the said kitchen, three times on the left-hand side, and seven times on the left-hand side of the victim, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
