A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 24, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a Bknife vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 13 km from the vicinity of the peace plaza located down in the lower city of Mapo-si, Mapo-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, to the front day of the winding bridge in the Mapo-gun green road.

2. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) (A.S.) (A.M.) driving the said van at around 23:25 on November 24, 2014, led the front of the road to the direction from the direction of the sloping.
