Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 4, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon Friwon.

[Criminal facts] Around 00:55 on August 31, 2020, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking by driving a motor vehicle with Dbenz E300 with alcohol content of about 0.244% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 50 meters from the road near Songpa-gu Seoul apartment C, Songpa-gu, Seoul at least twice.
