1. On May 1, 2019, at around 23:58, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the victim while drinking together with the victim C at the victim’s house located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B and the branch; (b) took a brupt action; and (c) received the demand from the victim to undergo the brupt action.

However, on May 2, 2019, the Defendant did not comply with the Defendant’s request to leave the taxi, and did not leave the victim’s house until the police officer dispatched by the victim’s report at around 00:40 on May 2, 2019.

As a result, the defendant leaves the victim without justifiable reasons.
